BIO:

John has been an Associate Broker since 1993, with 28+ years’ experience in all aspects of Real Estate, and has been a full time agent since 1989. John has helped many Buyers and Sellers achieve their Real Estate goals, primarily in the East Valley. As a Seller representative his goals are to get his clients the best return in the least amount of time while using his expertise to overcome any obstacles that may arise. When representing Buyers, focus on educating them about the intricacies of the transactions and how to make it smooth are the primary goal. Of course negotiations in either role are paramount to successfully putting the deal together. Since early 2006, John has specialized in REO properties. John has Management experience both with Coldwell Banker NRT, and East Gate Realty.  John continues to take over 40 hours of Real Estate continuing education per year, he knows knowledge is power.. John specializes in difficult properties, outlying areas, multi family properties as well as all sizes and price ranges of residential Real Estate and land. John treats everyone’s properties with respect, and concerns himself for the Seller's best interest when doing so. John is available on short notice and works well under pressure. Buyers love working with him because he keeps them informed and really cares that they are satisfied that they are getting the best possible deal. He serves the East Valley including Mesa, Apache Junction, Gold Canyon, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Scottsdale, East Phoenix, Fountain Hills, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, and surrounding areas.
